  • Don't lose yourself in your fear.

  • A minimal amount of anxiety present in certain situations is helpful. For example, we may feel a little stress in an interview or on the first day of a new job. This small amount of stress can help us be motivated to perform our best.  However, stress in large quantities can negatively effect us physically, emotionally and spiritually. When anxiety causes us to avoid school or work, hinder relationships and self care, it is time to reach out for professional help. 

    I have worked with many individuals with anxiety issues and I help them to create tools to cope with stress and more importantly, I help them explore the root of the anxiety. It is my passion to allow individuals to experience freedom from the anxiety that binds the soul, body and mind.
